If I understand correctly all the money in the fund has to be raised during the ICO and there is no way to increase the money under your management afterwards since you always pay out % of the profits, right? This seems problematic to me as you'll hardly be able to grow your business. The  management fee will always stay the same, so the performance fee is your only additional stream of income. In your white paper you state as long term goals.
How is this supposed to work if you don't raise that money during the ICO? Or am I completely missing something here?

Hi danfos88.  There are a couple of points in your question that I can't completely understand but I think I get the point your are putting across and I will try to answer as best as possible So yes you are correct, we will pay 100% of distributable profits from the Live Show rooms equally to all ROC token holders. Our company will be keeping 1.4 million ROC tokens and from these tokens our company will receive share of the profits just like all other ROC token holders, and this profit will be reinvested back into the company to help grow the business.  As our company and management team are major ROC token holders this can give investors confidence that we will consistently aim to to maximise the quarterly dividend.

Another thing I should point out is that our Phase 1 test studio is already functional and if we do not raise enough during the token sale to build Phase 2, then our Phase 1 demonstration studio will be launched as the primary broadcast studio, it's ready to go.  I hope I've answered your question?  If I am missing something please post back again any further questions you have.
