As in everything it is possible to find a positive side even in the dark, like you lost everything on gambling, but at least you had fun and spend the time nicely, right?
I can't sare with you any consant positivly side of "the coin", because I had sa good moments as bad ones, and by the law when everything is good it's good and when I get lost - it worst.

I think that gambling has affected positively people when they are having fun when they are using it to bond. When the game is used purely for entertainment and not to profit. When poker and blackjack or dive and online betting are for bragging rights it makes people bond stronger.

Making gambling as an entertainment is the right thing in my opinion. If you only consider gambling to take advantage then it could destroy your life. Focus on what you want, not what you can get. Gambling is an entertainment, never make gambling as a source of income. This is a risky thing so everything becomes a pretty scary thing.

It is a basic nature of gambling , You will earn profit then lose it all in the end. The thing is you can avoid it by not being greedy so much and controlling yourself. directly or not, gambling give positive and negative affected for us and only us that will know how to solve the problem. many gamblers didn't realize this and they are continue for playing gambling. no matter we are earning profit, i think gambling can not affected our life in a good way and in the end, we can lose everything we have without mercy. but for a gamblers that realize about this, he will stop before he lose everything and trying to stay away from gambling.

I do not think so because there are gamblers who know when to stop and what is the right stopping point for their gambling for a day and for their life time. When gamblers are capable of limiting their gambling activities, I believe they could enjoy the positive consequence of gambling.

Well I guess the only good thing about gambling that affected my life in a positive way is the experiences that I had from it. My first gambling experience was with my friends. I used to bet all the time on the teams that would win in the NBA and fortunately, I won a couple of hundreds. The next thing I knew is that I went to different casinos and bet money all the time since I knew I was in a winning-streak but unfortunately as time passes by, I started losing. This became my downfall and eventually, I almost got broke. Luckily, I realized that gambling does not make you rich, it only creates an attitude of you going-in and out of it since you want to recover all of your earnings back. I quitted gambling and I treat it as a learning experience to never gamble again.

I would be interested to know which kind of gambling you studied so hard. I experienced myself that facing losses (something even high and painful losses) is part of gambling and the learning the process.
