Has anyone else faced this problem with Unocoin? Last week I got logged out of their system.
Then I tried to login. The password was fine. But after the password it asks for an OTP "which is sent to your email and mobile no".
- I am not receiving any OTPs from them since the last week
- When I try calling their customer care no. then I get disconnected immediately
- When I tried reaching out to them on Twitter then they didn't respond back
- I tried sending an email to their customer support but I'm not receiving any email responses
There is no way remaining for me to contact them. And I"m not able to login to their exchange to transfer my coins somewhere else. Has anyone faced this problem with Unicoin.
Any idea what could be my next steps?
