What do you think about viability of a following platform?

the platform is a middle man between ICOs and contributors.

ICO needs promotion. Contributors need allocations (private sale, presale or guaranteed allocation  in crowdsale)

People submit bounty to the platform (articles, retweets, fb posts, you name it) and secure themselves a place in the leaderboard and ICO allocation.

ICO gets promotion and ether  contributors. The platform takes commission or allocation as well.

Critisize it to the ground please.

There are atm some 'platforms' that offer/help ICO's from start to the end (for a high price) so the projects team doesn't have to stress about a thing other than to deliver.

On the other hand alot of projects can't afford this service and end up trying it to do themselves, and they sometimes end up 'dying' because of bad mangement. Real shame if some great project would never see the light because they are bad at organising things or have enough funds for such expensive services.

I think your idea is a great one for such projects, but it will take alot of time and community effort to get the platform of the ground. What did you have in mind to 'kickstart' the following platform?
