Since Yobit wallet seems to be dead, any chance of getting a new exchange to accept FRK or a new blockchain explorer @defaced?

Also posting this here because ... well ... where else I found my old wallet.dat with some FRK lying around (around 5K). However the (received) transaction it's showing as unconfirmed in my FRK wallet but is sync'd. How long should I have to wait for it to confirm? Should i do anything else? The transaction is from a long long time ago.

Right click and get details of transaction.. if it says "Generated but not accepted" or something like that its invalid/orphan

If you pay any attention you would know he has large projects he is working on and likely forgot about this. I will work to try to get explorer up too

If you would pay attention you would already know I addressed these other projects that he started and left this one behind, yet still stringing along more people with hopes and rhetoric. For a coin he named after himself one would think that he wouldn't leave it to die.

And he isn't... but he is leaving behind dead algos like scrypt mining that the normal miner can no longer truly afford to participate in. That is ASIC land now.

Expanse is going to be the home of the project token that will replace FRK. It won;t require the same block verification methods from mining as this original coin he first created. He hasn't released details because it isn't complete. Simple as that.

you want it rushed... pay for it. Simple as that.

If you had any idea as to the scale of what Defaced is doing, you wouldn't worry about this coin at all... because the foundation to transfer this into an Expanse token is there, the coin isn't broken, just not sold on exchanges... your problem not everyone's.

Also, what is dead about this coin? It works, wallet works, nodes online... it is missing only a decent exchange, which is not the dev's responsibility. One person is not going to get a coin on an exchange... even with paying up front.

See therein lies the problem, getting it on the exchange is the least of the concerns. Giving it functionality beyond trading it for Bitcoin is what gives a crypto value. So you think after 4 years this coin is still alive? The blockchain sits for days at a time, when the difficulty gets too high, even with KGW. I was a strong proponent for this coin back in the day, much more than strictly buying the coin from the miners. So what, I don't code, but I was helpful in mining, buying from miners, and last but not least social engineering. Trading this coin for some dreamland token is ludicrous, and waiting 2+ years for him to get off his ass and do what he promised many, many, many, many months ago is disheartening.

It sure would help to have a block explorer, alternatively you could use the debug console to look up the tx.

yobit hasnt allowed any new people/wallets to use FRK in many months now, and no sign of them ever intending on doing so.
yobit should be considered an exchange of last resort for any new coins.
