Yo,

I was scammed by this guy too.

I think e-bay / pay-pall can do nothing about this since its been a long time since "delivery", correct? Is small claims court only for UK citizens?

thanks & cheers

Hello All.

I'm here to inform you that Karl Ballance has admitted to being "Paul Jackson" during an interview with West Yorkshire Police. As we all suspected, he did not have any mining equipment, and the operation is a complete scam. Karl has received an adult caution.

I urge you all to go to the small claims court. Depending on how many contracts you purchased, the court fee for amounts up to £300 is £25. A small cost to pay to receive your money back in my eyes!

How do you know about that interview? Could it be that I can contact West Yorkshire Police directly?

Cheers,

This company offered 100gh/s (4TH in total) for £150 for 3 month contract starting from 15th of Jan, 2014 this is his profile http://www.ebay.co.uk/usr/kallance05?_trksid=p2053788.m1543.l2754 ebay member called kallance05

a month later and 100 of emails from them saying all mining operations are going well but they couldn't find any block this is because (according to them) they are mining in a small pool so the reward can be greater

of course it all scam avoid them at all costs

if what they offered was true mining in a bigger pool with 4TH/S would have got them 1BTC a day and they would have paid everyone bought from them a steady income every week

I'm sure they are making coins but for themselves they know how to play the ebay game they offer the contract over 45days before the start so you cannot claim back or report them to ebay/paypal

Silicon Computers Ltd don't buy any contract from them AVOID SCAM SCAM SCAM!

I can confirm, they also tried to scam me. Luckily I did not send any money.
