You just download a wallet from DeepOnion's website and use that. You could also technically use the exchange wallet from NovaExchange but I wouldn't recommend that, it's always better to have coins in a wallet you control.

I dont understand the point about the possibility to come back after u remove more them 10% from your wallet. I think is have to be a strictly rule.

yep, except that it seems that some genuine people did remove less than 10% but for some reason (I don't get it even after I red some explainations), the record is showing as it is more than 10%. So, this is a little heavy to make mandatory for people to be crypto expert to move a little amount of coins... to make sure it will not seem to be over the limit.

the question is as well to dev, how to do know for sure when 10% is moved, compared to what I was reporting as example of faulse over 10% move?

Well, I say a 80% penalty is more than fair. The person will have to be smart on his trading to build up his capital by 80%. Also, this is probably a sinequanone condition but not sufficient on its own, since devs decision is final.
They just added a task to perform.

Given the current volume on DeepOnion, this is no easy task! But it gives a chance to come back which is quite the amend if the person manages that.
Handling this type of issues with a just retribution and providing a chance to make amend is to me, the right play!

I still think that there are some people who move the coins from one wallet to other when they change the desktop to other. Or create a new wallet and store it on their storage stash etc. I dont think these people should be punished by banning them forever. As @ghostwalker.ph's suggestion if we make them buy 2x the amount that they moved and replace it in the wallet, they should be allowed to stay on the airdrop. If someone is that willing to stay on airdrop to buy 2x the amount then fuck yeah that person is to be kept on the project for long.

No I have been told I can never sign up, simply because I didn't make my account right when I started reading this forum a couple months ago.
