I think this is because of the ongoing and upcoming government regulations. Governments will try to bring crypto currencies down. Result will be that people flee out of non anon coins into anon coins like ONION is.

We are not only an anon coin we are most powerful community (if not) we will create one.

The link you posted works perfectly fine for me. Can't you acces that page? You only need to copy the signature and post it in your BCT signature.
BTW you're still  a newbie, you need at least junior member level to wear a deeponion signature.

Followed all steps of tutorial but still does not connect.

I edit the file and add all the list, restarted computer but nothing... I just checked again file has been modified correctly

You need to be at least Jr. Member to be able to add signature to your profile

Two things you need to know:
1. Newbie is not qualified for airdrop. You need to at least have Jr. Status. So work hard.
2. Newbie cannot wear any DeepOnion signature due to the limitation of number of characters. Again, work hard to get at least Jr member and then you can wear DeepOnion signature.
