I`m willing to buy up to 12 1080ti gpus (EVGA/MSI/Zotac/Asus) and no-FE.
post your offer please.
location is UA/EU, but US is not a problem for me (I got us-local post-box)

It's probably cheapest and easiest to just buy them new.
