Hi
I tried logging in to my okpay account and it showed that i am entering the incorrect password. So i tried to reset the password and then it shows that there is no account with this email.
I have been using this account for more than a year. I have emails from okpay on this account.
I have balance in the account
Am i the only one facing this issue?

Also i have seen that okpay has been removed as a deposit method from most of the exchanges.
I have heard that it has been acquired by moneypolo. Is this sort of a temporary issue?

EDIT: Seems like it is working again.
Was a temporary problem cause of the takeover.

That's a little bit confusing when you mentioned that you received some emails from them using that email address but then it shows that they don't have the record of the email from their server's databases. Maybe contacting their support and shows all the screenshots of the emails you received from them as your proofs so that you can solve this issue asap.

In all honesty - only OKpay support will be able to advise you appropriately as they'll have access to your records. I very much doubt the acquisition had an impact on service delivery.

This forum is place for discussing bitcoin related stuffs, not for any other payment processors like okpay.

This community can't help you, just contact their support and you might get your answer. I have used https://www.changer.com/ before to exchange some okpay to bitcoin but it looks like they have also disabled okpay. Might be they are having some temporary issue or they are now out of business. All these centralized payment processor can get closed overnight.

Well this section of forum is for services and I have been using okpay as a service to buy bitcoins.
I believe few others might be doing the same so that is why I put up this question.

I have contacted their support but I haven't received any response and its almost 24 hours.
I have checked up with btc-e and coinbase and they both have mentioned that okpay is temporarily unavailable.

Yep, you said right they were recently acquired by moneypolo. I was reading in several threads that they notified to re verify all accounts, did you do that? Perhaps they have limited your account access for the verification issue. Check your old emails if you get a link and contact the support asap.
