Anything to worry about? So he entered into some agreement with Gox, Gox apparently wanted it annulled. Happens all the time.

People are relying way too heavily on Gox. I'd start a trading platform if I felt safer to do so, but the US is just too ridiculous. Then again, I'd be scared of Bitcoin too if I was Uncle Sam. I used Bitfloor to buy my BTCs. Sigh. The good old days. BTCitGurl

Ah ... USA the land of the fre.... er ... lawsuits.
Since MtGox is Japan based company it should be safe from this but who knows.
Anyway BTC value took a massive hit after the news and then quickly recovered. The crypto-markets are crazy and unpredictable, just as the fiat ones  Grin .

Considering Bitfloor was hacked and lost 24K BTC. I would have never used bitfloor, and right now they will never payback for that hack, which is quite sad.

*DISCLAIMER I DIDN"T LOOSE ANY MONEY IN THAT ATTACK*

Uberlurker. Been here since the Finney transaction. Please consider this before replying; there is a good chance I've heard it before.
