How can we push the actual use of Bitcoin ?

There is no need of a pushing, let it grow on the gradual manner as it's now. If this needs to be promoted already several advertising might have been done, but in reality the growth is enormous and trustful through word of mouth rather than other means of promotion.

You're absolutely correct because we can never push something to make others patronize it. All we need to do is to wait because I believe that in the near future bitcoin will be a necessities of every individual. Just wait for the perfect time to make it boom or trend to all people.

Yes it kinda harsh since i wont really do such manner but well we do have our own way and passion on spreading the information about bitcoin around on our place and with that kind of behavior or dealings with other people will be somehow effective even though its kind a harsh thing. Well I do not see any problem with you demanding bitcoin as a payment since it is your service that you promote but you should also take in consideration that not all people know bitcoin. Even if your intent is for the widespread of bitcoin in the community, if the people around you does not accept the technological advancement of payment, then your mission may lead to failure. Then again, there are many ways in spreading the knowledge about bitcoin and this may not involve anything to do with payment or services.

When it comes to currencies, there is no way to accelerate the process, gold was chosen all over the world as the currency of choice because of its characteristics, no one pushed for it, the dollar became the most powerful currency of the world naturally without anyone pushing for it because the US had the mos reserves of gold, and if bitcoin is going to be used then it needs to grow naturally as people adopt bitcoin on their own without anyone pushing it.

I agree we don't need to push it the way you suggest op. The number of people who either have adopted or at least know about bitcoin today is much more than it was about 5 years ago. Bitcoin is evolving as a complete system and the growth of bitcoin has been on an increase and hence consistent form the day one. So let this child grow the natural way and I believe it won't take long before it becomes a global currency.

I and many others just hold their bitcoins and wait till it gets worth more. But that is not how a currency should work. A currency is meant to be used in daily trades for groceries and so on.

I think first, we should wait till the scaling problem is hopefully solved in near future, because right now even if I had f.e. a grocery store, I would not accept Bitcoin as payment becasue of the confirmation time of the tx (I would hand out some coupons which can be bought for BTC)

After this problem is solved this would be my ideas, I hope you help me gather more:

• Convince organisations like amnesty international to accept bitcoin as donations
• Convince big internet companies like amazon to accept payments via bitcoin, this should take a while but with some petitions they might consider it (propably better starting with some smaller companies)
• Start accepting bitcoins yourself, not only on the interent but for example if you are a student and do some private tutoring, and have a small ad for you on a blackboard somewhere, you could print a "Bitcoin accepted" on it.

One simple way to publicize Bitcoin or spread the word about it is to simply ask the businesses, retailers, and stores that you go to if they accept Bitcoins as payment. It will begin to get them thinking about it and about the demands of the customers. They may even ask what Bitcoins is or what the benefits of it are to them or to other customers. This can start a dialog with them to get the ball rolling.

This may not seem like much of an impact, but if hundreds of people do this everyday, some businesses will at least start looking into it. That is the first step to acceptance.

Well, there is nothing much we can do I think other than trying to spread mass awareness about bitcoins, and making people realise the variety of benefits that BTC has to offer. Also, we need to make them realize that BTC in itself is not any HYIP/ponzi scheme, it is actually much more safer than a bank if one follows the necessary security measures.

The part of making them realize its not a ponzi scheme is what caught my attention because that's what the media seems to make it looks like focusing on someone who investeted 100$ several years back and now a millionaire nor even spread the real purpose of bitcoin and how its being used for the payment of goods and sevrices all across the globe and breaking border barriers this is where I think we can do more.

It's true, the Bitcoin users are using it more into investment than as a currency and this is probably because of the lack of availability for its use. There is, however, some progress as to its adoption and acceptance. It has been recognized in different countries and perhaps this would lead to its actual use and may someday become a currency.

To add to your list, perhaps if Bitcoin is advertised and introduced to society then it would pave the way towards more usage. An increase of its popularity would attract retailers and businesses to allow Bitcoin as a payment system if there were a lot of consumers that use it.

I agree, there is no need of pushing, let it go with the flow and besides there are many people believing that bitcoin is very useful nowadays. And there are many advertising that promotes the use of bitcoin so don't be worried.

Bitcoin was actually made to be use as money and current we are using it as a store of values. Using bitcoin in another way make it to lose it value as a currency. I think we can help promote bitcoin by teaching people how it works, what it was made to be and how we can benefit from it using it as money. Actually it will remain the situation because Bitcoin valuation will increase with time. There is surge in demand but supply is limited. Just 650k Bitcoin a year before next halving and demand is most probably in millions (guess on the basis of recent legalization of Bitcoin in many countries). So, Bitcoin works well as an investment asset than a currency. Bitcoin isn't better than fiat for everyday transaction. Fiat currency being inflationary currency doesn't make it worth saving and hence suitable for everyday transactions.

I see a lot of people talking about Steemit lately. It is a pretty interesting concept. I have myself browsed over there.

It is a platform built around a blockchain that lets you earn rewards for posting Blogs/Comments and curating others content. I see that it is very active over there, with people earnings thousands of dollars worth of Steem and having a large following(similar to Youtube or Twitter, but paid a lot better).

I think platforms like Steemit and some other coins/platforms naturally draw in more regular average people. Many average people are using Steemit and are exposed to Cryptocurrenty of Steem by participating.

Interest of wall street in the prediction of bitcoin, That is the great push for bitcoin But let me correct you now a days it is $2830 per bitcoin and as you said $5500 then I am so pleased to inform you that it will come soon as expected.
