I believe you already made one, why can't you just bump up that one, instead of making a new one.

Also, i have another question, I am a publisher, and i'd love to see your terms of services, as they are not widely available, i asked multiple people where i could find them, and they all had no idea.

Hey buddy, adalso was once a good adnetwork. But now its not paying its publishers because its not getting any advertisers at present. Dont accuse the op for that. I can see, that he is trying his level best to get advertisers. And op has the right to advertise, his site here in this forum to get more advertisers. I think once if he get advertisers, he may pay back the publishers pending balance.

I do not think that why they are not paying. In the past I was working on their PTC websites and on there they were legit. At here I do not know that what is their intentions as I do not use now their services. I have found their email address from their website. Contact to them at there and hope you get response from them.
