I have developed a gambling site. It's beta right now and i want to make some beta test with users from bitcointalk.

I don't want to open a new topic before beta testing. So which way should i use?

First (open a new topic on "development" ? and then release it on "Gambling" section?)

Sounds good to me.If you put the new thread link on the first one it sounds like a solid plan.( Altough,i'm a newbie so i have no idea if it's fine with the rules ).

If you are accepting any newbies i would like to be a beta tester.

If you are talking about my website, yes - there was a recent change to the way users login here, and I need to change my code.  The stats are out of date.
