Nope.

It is not their fault if people are dumb enough. I mean, that is how the western world works.

It usually ends up dumb people whining someone scammed them. Who was the guy hitting enter?

Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

That's not how most people make their money. If your operation requires deception then it's a scam.

Uptrend, fixed order, need to fight with bots. Downtrend, not interested. Unless we get to the point where hash is almost free and that day will come...

You said that's how the western world works, that's not even how most of the cryto world works.
