there are many farms. I do not think it would help.
but the bottom line is the cards will now take longer to pay off.
5000 sols for zec was earning about 66 usd a day
5000 sols for zec now earns 33 a day
so say 8 1080tis make 33 bucks a day
using 1400 watts
an s9 makes 11.39 a day
using same 1400 watts
so if you got into mining zec with 1080 tis in april you earned double what you do now.
but apr may jun was a good 90 day run for $$$

Pretty sure the people with 1-2 gpus won't stop mining way after the large farms disassemble their rigs.
They are gamers primarily and they bought the GPUs for gaming and don't really care about ROI.

Agreed, we do have different interest some may mine for altcoins not for the sake of earning profits or reaching roi buy they do love to explore new things and feels this excitement as a hobby on mining them. 2 gpu wont really be sufficient if you are really putting up a serious goal on mining but still would do when you are just starting up to explore new things. |
