Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Not accepting offers, only offering this for 48 hours from original post time for 0.65BTC

Lower number than other publicly offered silvers and cheaper than some other combos.

0.65 is a great price for this piece. They sold for 1+ BTC not so long ago so this is a real bargain. Would definitely pick it up if I didn't already own one!

I don't think this is an auction. 0.65 BTC is already a great price for a Silver Kialara, especially with the dropping BTC price. They are currently listed for 0.75 - 1.25 BTC on eBay.

I understand that this is not an auction, but I have thrown out the largest offer that has been posted here. There are point when OP stated 'taking offers.'

The last auction that I could find is a Kialara Silver that went for .62BTC and it was a much lower number, #75.

That was before the BTC price took a free fall Cheesy. They sold for 1 BTC when BTC was around $2k.

They havn't sold for that price for many, many months. The market typically goes off of the last price sold.

While digging around for that #75 post, it looks like bitcoin was also around 2300-2400 at that time of sale.

Yes, but realistically, are we dealing with USD prices, or BTC prices?

Realistically it's USD prices, I've sold Kialaras at 0.9BTC and 0.65BTC in the last 3 months. 0.9 being right before the uptick in USD->BTC and 0.65 when it was at or above 2k USD.

I mean I'll start and auction if there's enough interest and see where it goes from there.

Then the sale thread should just open in $USD and state BTC only.
