Hello, can anyone help me with my problem? I sent 0,05991522 from Payza;  I received the email that BTC was completed but one month later my wallet is still empty and now my transaction from Blockchain.info disappeared. I can't see my money!
tradeblock.com and live.blockcypher.com also show that my balance is zero. Embarrassed

Where's my BTC ? How can I solve this problem ?

Maybe you've scam because the address you given when checking in blockchain is zero and no record of any transaction..
And i think its impossible that the transaction will be gone in blockchain once the transaction was completed..
Can you give us the email you receive from payza? if there's no sensitive you can share it to us.. just to clarify the transaction..
Also did you try to contact the support about your issue first .. if not better to contact them.

So, you only noticed this one month later? The transaction was on still on june and I guess after that email you can saw it on your btc address. And as what above posts said all transaction made by bitcoin will be recorded im Blockchain network, and there's no way it will be vanished there IMO.
All you can do now is to contact them and make a support ticket for this issue.

Was it an incoming or outgoing transaction and did Payza give you any transaction id or just the reference number? Perhaps you did not check the transaction id in blockchain before. Payza is not a wallet, but an exchange and perhaps it was a transfer from one account to another.

Transactions cant just disappear from the blockchain, thats impossible. To think about it happening would be very foolish and funny. Defnel, who are we going to trust, you or the blockchain and the mega miners securing it?

It was an outgoing transcaction.  It was supposed to be a withdrawal from Payza to my wallet, but I have never received the bitcoins. And the money did not return to Payza either.
Yes, I have contacted support a few days later, because my transaction was stubbornly unconfirmed.
Here are some pictures. I hope they can clarify my issue.

There is no incoming or outgoing transaction. Most probably the Payza guys didn't processed the payment.

If your receiving adress is this https://blockchain.info/address/1KFKdC8NNL7BfPhH8YvUVXZSEwFeWw3dys then you don't receive it 30 days past, you should contact them asap.

EDIT: I guess you just have to wait this time since you contacted them already.

@OP I think your withdrawal tx got dropped from bitcoin mempool due to low fee payza might have included in that transaction. If it is true than those bitcoin should have been returned to them, you should contact their support and wait for their answer. They should process your withdrawal again with higher fee.

I have just contacted their support for the second time. Let’s see.
To sum up so far: Firstly, I received that email from Payza saying that my transaction was completed; then, after many days seeing that my transaction was still unconfirmed, I contacted the support for the first time, but didn’t get a solution. My hope was that the bitcoin, after weeks unconfirmed, would eventually 'drop' into my wallet. It didn’t happen, Payza didn't return the money to my account, and I am at a loss now.
