So founding members will be those that join before the 7th, and they will receive an airdrop? Do you plan on having an ICO also?
Early Bird adopters (Adopters lvl 1) will get the highest one-time Airdop allocation. Next “waves” of users will take part in the airdrop as well, however, the Airdop allocation will be becoming much smaller. Note: Users will be considered founding members until the 12.000th users.
Yes, we definitely need ICOs! Still a lot of money is needed for the development and to help PRN to become mainstream. For every Airdop QTY there will be an equal ICO Qty. So, basically, every ICO will depend on the Airdrop QTY, which depends on the number of community members, bounties, etc. ICOs are planned to be launched every quarter for the period of max. 12 years. After all PRN is distributed PRN will become fully decentralized managed by the community within our own blockchain application.
Note: Already 5% of every ICO Qty has been reserved by private investors to allow us to operate. Those investors will receive 5% from all ICOs. Agreements have been signed to prevent investors from selling more than 10% of their PRN per year.
Another 5% will be offered to community investors. If you are PRN community member and seriously think about our project, contact us for more information. (note: min. contribution is 200 Euro and sorry but due to too much uncertainty we can't work with US residents at this stage)

No further information is required. We recently concluded that creating a Smart Contract that can handle all background allocation rules for the Airdrops will take too much time and this can delay the airdrop, so we will allocate internal PRN tokens that everyone will have attached to PRN Account that can be exchanged into final tokens.
Will we need a wallet or something for the PRN's? Or will they be kept on our PR account? The amount each member will receive will be based on their activity and level?
In the final, decentralized version of PR.Network you will have a public and secret address and a wallet on our blockchain application, however now everyone just needs PRN account and an email and Etherum address attached to it.

Currently, verification requirement is to log in through at least 1 social media profile. As per now, we’ve got 350 community members out of which approx. 310 are verified. Our target was 500 members, however, in case the number isn’t reached we will reduce that to the actual number based on the actual. Still we only talk about our project here on Bitcointalk forum
When the time is right we will activate other forums and communities.
