Okay convinced, SkyWayICO is a complete scam. I cannot report their Twitter account as the true Skyway ICO has no twitter account. I guess every companies must have their own Twitter accounts to prevent impersonation of their projects.

After checking all the links above, am pretty sure that this is a real fraud but still waiting for denied confirmation from the DEV team and not from the Newbie manager.
Note that there is no slack channel as mentionned above in this thread.

I think the same thing, I'm not sure this project is real, if it is a project and bounty is right, I challenge the OP to use escrow to keep your money and make sure bounty participants will get the payment.
