I think back in 2013 in the midst of the great 1200 dollar bubble... yeah, good play there. And not only that, but I bought in the VirWox exchange with their completely scammy high fees, which you have to pay two times as you convert from second life lindell dollars or whatever its called. But I knew bitcoin would be something huge so I held throught the years, and here we are at $2500+

Bought in a decent amount when it was at around the $600-$700 mark. I personally didn't buy it to invest though, I used it for online purposes. I paid for VPNs and proxies with it. I think I should have bought more though for investment purposes, I was planning to. But the price got higher and higher alot faster than I was expecting. So there's that. No regrets though.

I bought some from a friend back in 2013-2014 when Bitcoin prices was shooting up to $1000, and I decided to try trading. However, the price began to drop and even reached a bottom of $300, so I had a bit of regrets, but that was when I started to learn about Bitcoin faucets (the microwallet season) and I got a decent amount back then.

Then I became busy and decided to give Bitcoins a rest, and I came back in 2016. Great to see the price spike, no regrets now. Cheesy

I think there was a thread regarding the same curiosity.  Grin

I was here for quite some time now but only earned BTC through various services which in terms is a type of buying but officially I bought some 2 years ago from a trader for savings which I have stored in cold storage for a long term.

Late 2014 is when I bought my first bitcoins. It wasn't that much since I'm just buying out of curiosity and just to speculate since I'm not much of a pro yet. It then became my routine that I would put 20-40% of my salary to bitcoin since I believe in it too much, considering that it has surpassed $1200 in the previous year. So a whole year of buying until 2016 then it came the first time that bitcoin reached significant levels (crossing $500 and $700) and made me convinced that I have made one of the best decisions in my life.

Out of curiosity ...
I think i didnt buy any bitcoin now because most of it i earn in campaigns and in trading. I dont have enough money right now so therefore i cant afford to buy bitcoins now. If only i have a money i would like to but it more and save it for the future. It has a big potential in the market so im very interested on it.

I haven't got the chance to buy bitcoin. I just earn it through signature campaign and I will kept that way. I haven't touch a single bitcoin since joining a signature campaign, and I'm saving it for future used. I will try to really not touch it maybe in about 6 months time. Because I'm saving it for my children. But if given the chance to buy bitcoin, I will try to get one and stash it my wallet for good. But the price is quite expensive for me though. Maybe it if goes below sub 2000$ but not now.

It is less than two years ago when price was below $500 but after that I am actively trading bitcoin, so sold and bought bitcoin several times in last two years. But I am still holding some bitcoin which I have bought at under $1000 so I am sitting in good profit right now.

I bought 3 bitcoins few years ago when the price was at $90, I spent around $300 Amazon GC's for them and paid around 10% premium, Of course, Considering the price now that was a great deal Except I sold them shortly after that and tried using BTC-E to trade back and forth and lost most of the USD amount as well.

Somewhere in 2013 when the price was around $300 .... I got my first taste of bitcoins, but I was too scared to invest a lot of money. I bought and sat

on those coins for some time, before I sold some at $800 later the next year. I then bought a lot more in December 2014, when it was back to $300

again. This time I waited for it to go to $2300 before I once again sold some.  Grin

I was bought bitcoin i think 2 years ago when i was saw that there are gambling site that you can gamble with bitcoin i was encourage by many people who got a lot of bitcoin to play dice game so i buy more bitcoins and expecting to win a lot..
Also bingo games is the one i'm addicted before i just won  almost 0.3 btc before in gambling that encourage me to gamble more..
But now binggo game was gone and never seen any legit site are offering a binggo game..
I'm regretting  before to not invest more in bitcoin because i thought that bitcoin will not increase value in the future but right now we are seen the price was increase high..

That's crazy, but in retrospect it was still a great time to buy if you were going to hold on for a few years.   Unfortunately at that point I swore bitcoin was a scam or at least something that wouldn't take off...oops!

2015 for me, also a great time to have bought.   But do I still have the coins I bought at $300-$400?  Nope.  Live and learn.

Did not register the date, but around 3 years ago. Used coinbase to buy mine, and price was around the 200-300 dollars if I remember good enough.

Never regretted buying them, of course.

It was back in 2013 so I can say long time ago. I was exploring many ways how to get Bitcoins and at the end I decided to buy it. The price wasn't so high and it seemed to me like good investment. And I was very excited because I had a feeling I have something special and something that not so many people have.
