I think the best way to let your friends or people know bitcoin is to show them the profits you earn from bitcoin, give them confidence about bitcoin then you can explain them more about bitcoin. I do not think this is a good way to tell about bitcoins. Remember every individual had their own strategy and skills and this one may result in negative way. Our friends may not able to cope up or understand bitcoin and yet will strive to earn from it. And since he does not know anything, it may incur loses to your friend especially if he aim the trading part. It is still best to start at the basic idea about bitcoin . people will take interest in bitcoin if they realize that they can get profit from there. therefore it is too much important to know about the importance of bitcoin and they way through which we can get profit from bitcoin. |

First of all prove to them that you really made a profit with the help of bitcoins without spending money on it. Show them your payout with the help of btc in order to enourage them to particpate. Thwn after that, explain in depth what is a bitcoin and how does it affect the lives of many people by using it. Then help them how to get their first profit like faucet, forum, blog etc. I do not know if the first thing I will explain someone about bitcoin is how to make money, they may believe you are trying to scam them, since there are so many offers on the internet about making money online that are nothing but scams. |

Explaining bitcoin to newbie i.e a friend is some how difficult because it takes a lot of detail analysis explaining to him about the digital currency and using google to back up the explanations, in fact I have to sit him down and inform him about all the benefits that can be derived from the knowledge of bitcoin including using bitcoin as mode of payment of services rendered or offered.

That is a harsh understanding,it is really difficult to stop smoking if you are an addict ,it is quite easy to make others understand one thing but if they have to listen to you then the person who is listening must have some interest ,if not it is not that easy to make anyone understand anything. |

Funny because most times, the people that I'm explaining bitcoin to ask right away how much I'm earning. They are only here for the money and it's like "Tell me how much you're making and if it's not high enough for me, then stop talking and stop wasting my time." when they are the one who asked for a favor. Oh well, humans.

Isn't it? You simply send and receive money with bitcoins. Bitcoin being decentralized and anonymous isn't that important for people that are just starting out. The wallets, coins, addresses, and private keys are all acting the same way as their literal meaning. PS: Smoking is really really hard to stop. Bitcoin only takes an hour of research to understand. Stopping smoking takes years and some hardcore discipline. |

Its hard to introduce bitcoin to someone who are not open about investing, my way of telling to my friends about bitcoin is showing all my transaction, how to make money, or even some of my loses. I show it all to them for them realize that bitcoin is real and it can make more money they will surely like bitcoin.
