Deposit money don't come in wallet. Gatehub don't answer my e-mail.

i deposit money by eu bank to gatehub. first time i deposit 222 eur everything seem to be find. second time i deposit 444 eur on 5th june. and still nothing.
i contact Gatehup support 4 day ago with proof. they not even answer my e-mail.
what should i do?

They are even worse than poloniex, customer service actually it is like not even working. So I am not having not even 5% confidence in this website.
