I saw this earlier: https://www.poloniexlendingbot.com/

Seems to be Windows friendly and they take 10% of anything earnt.

Theres a thread here about it: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1928910.0

Not affiliated, not used it, I saw it earlier and thought you may have missed it. Good luck.

There are many free bots available.
I use the free lending bot by the user flash10101 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1892622.0)
Website: https://www.coinlend.de/
It´s working fine and the support is great.
There is no need for an installation as it´s a web app.

I hope i could help.

Greetings asxs
