I can try although I don't think it will work cause I've deposited the money on advcash using VISA. For this to work I think the payment should have been from VISA to metizer.

I think most of the people that got scammed aren't aware that this tread exists.
For me, advcash did support an illegal activity. Advcash is registred in the Usa, so that means they can't do business with an HYIP company since Hyip's are illegal to open in the US. In the Usa a hyip is considered as a felony! You should have a good chance to get a chargeback. If not they are playing with their own reputation. Cause most of the times payment prossessors don't even know where the money is going!

You could sue them, although i don't think it is worth it if you lost less then ~20BTC, Lawyers are in general extremely expensive, (up to several hundred dollars per hour), and if you lose the case it is not going to be good either.
Yup, your right. for me it wouldn't be worth it with my 30$ deposit on there.
Besides that i did fill a complaint on
https://complaint.ic3.gov/If everyone does that, there's a good chance that the fbi will get on the case. Untill now after almost a week, i didn't got a reply.
No idea if they are in charge or if they don't care if 1 person did so.
Same for hashocean, there has never been any news about if they are investigating or not.
