As title says I am looking to loan 1 Bitcoins ..

I am owner of UploadCash.Org CPA network ( Site is offline at the moment ) ... my network is inactive at the moment .

I am looking to make the network active & popular again but currently I am out of cash so I am looking to get a loan here.

Loan Amount : 1 Bitcoins

collateral : I will move the ownership of primary domain ( Uploadcash.org ) to you until I pay back the money + also I will give a full copy of my script to you ( worth more than $5k in market )

when I will pay back the loan ? I will pay back the money in max 40 days  with %12 interest.

As other users have pointed out in your other loan request, a copy of a script is not a valid collateral because you will still have the script so no incentive to pay back the loan amount - so this must be threated as a sale.

Also, according to this: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2001125.msg19930147#msg19930147, your company had not paid taxes and the website is inactive, so offering your domain as collateral, it seems that it's also a sale.

Also, your earnings in the past doesn't guarantee in any way that you will pay the loan amount (regardless if you will get the same earnings in the future or not, so it's completely irelevant for the loan request).


It is clear by now that this is not a loan request, but a sale for the domain and the script. Please move this thread to the appropiate section (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=93.0), or you will get negative trust.
