Sounds like just another symptom of an underlying financial problem.   Undecided

Don't know where you live, but in Canada your house would be listed as an asset and used to pay off your debtors.

BTW - not very cool asking for advice on how to scam the system in the same thread you are asking for people to trust you.

Uhmm if you buy a house during or right before bankruptcy, it will be taken over and you will be investigated for bankruptcy fraud.

Pretty much this. He had two loan requests right out the gate. I'd advise anybody against loaning to this clown since it's pretty much a guarantee that you will not get your money back.

You give out the classic signs to be a scammer, asking for loans right as you got here, as Tomatocage said. You posted a loan for a very high amount, when you clearly could have paid a low amount to not have your car repoed. As you open that loan you ask posted a legit bid on that action for a macbook, and if the guy accepts it you have to pay, other you will get a scammer tag. You have the signs of being a scammer...

I don't think anyone would loan you this kind of money unless you gave them documentation about the car itself and your identification.
This is certainly a high amount and for the short reason you gave, that just isn't good enough.
I always ask for identification and any other documents which the lender could provide me with.
Also, stating your car has been talking away from you isn't a good reason, you need to provide more detail and offer documentation in a private message if someone is willing to do this.

But, it's already been stated this is sketchy and isn't in enough detail.

Well that's great news, sadly I can't do it, but I think some others may feel a bit 'safer' now, I wish you the best of luck.

So you want someone to lend you $1,000 and you will promptly declare bankruptcy?  It is illegal for you to leave any debts out of your bankruptcy filing, so you will have to list the $1,000 as a debt, and it will be promptly null and void.  You're basically asking for someone to give you $1,000 because you can't manage your finances.

The bitcoin loan will be paid back. IT will not be put under bankruptcy. I work and get 812 a month and rent is 695 a month so 50$ A month would be good to pay back

AFAIK you must list all assets and debts under bankruptcy.  What you are proposing is someone assist you with bankruptcy fraud.
