It's not just rare, it has the great base that Sunny released with PPC while being ASIC resistant utilizing Scrypt.

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

I think Bitbar is a stayer.

It's showing promise. This 'bar' concept where a bar is worth a lot more than a coin is a nice twist on things. If nothing else, the economics of this situation with bitbars being super scarce is intriguing...

Network difficulty doesn't lie - now up to 9.03 already and still rising nicely: http://www.bitbar.info/stats/index.php

Yet no one knows who's mining it. Whoever it is has quite the hashrate, considering the only pool we know of has 70 Mhash/s and is finding blocks every ~12 min, while blocks are being found every minute or so

Saw similar with Feathercoin when it came out. The world is a big place and only a fraction of the people who read this forum bother to actually create an account and post on here.

That said, less than 100 BitBars have been created since yesterday. The built in scarcity means people can't really complain 3 million have been created in a day...

At least you won't have a couple a decimal places to decipher value with this one.

Yes, but this time they will complain about just one guy getting 93 BTB - almost 1 day worth of coins now - in like 30 minutes since BTB is announced to public.

It is funny how people that profited big time from unfair game always forget to mention it was a unfair game from the start. It is even more funny that those same
people are continuously attempting to hide the dirty secret even though it is and will always be available to everyone because of the public database, e.g. blockchain.

Dude 3 million feathercoins were created on day 1. The difficulty for Feathercoin was equally low to start with.

Easier coins at the beginning is what drives people to support the coin and creates the buzz.

BTB will be in the begin mayble not worth like 1 btc.
But in time. It will always have their value. But i doubt it in the begin.
the market will deside. But i swear.. it will have a value. And even if BTB is worth arround the 0,4 or 0,5 , then it already made a historical moment. Because this will mean that this cryptocurrency will be the first 1 that is almost worth 50% or higher from a bitcoin.

The system behind the BTB will make this ultra rare coin sure value.

BTB cant be compare with Feather or China coins because the whole system is different and have a smaller capital.

A big capital coins like Feather and China will make the coin useless. And overrated.
But BTB should be minimal 1 BTC worth or more.

The persons that now selling BTB now are in my opiniun panic sellers. they will cry over 2-3 months.

Yeah, strange that this wasn't in the 8 o' clock news: HISTORICAL MOMENT - bitbar worth 50% of BTC. Your swearing makes me want to buy bitbar!!
