Coinbase is plagued by delays and long periods where trading is halted entirely.  Just today they were not allowing any buy/sell orders for ~ 5 hours.  I was finally able purchase by trying every half hour till it accepted my order.  Best to have accounts on multiple exchanges as they are all subject to DDOS attacks and other technical issues.

Yeah, there was a email which was sent out, Mine was in the spam folder which it normally isn't if you haven't received a email.
It's a pain, I was just about to beta test my website, shame.
