Usually, only after the final conditions are negotiated, the project can announce the next exchange. It's really hard to list on top exchanges by volume.

To be listed on the coinmarket cap Bankex at first needs $10k trading volume on any exchange. And after it should submit a special request form.

And only then just wait.

If it says accepted, you've been accepted and nothing further is required.
