Volume analysis

Hello,
I'm looking for analyzing the volume of different coin on different platform.
For example the volume history of SC-BTC on bittrex and poloniex...
But i don't want the all currency volume on all platform that's the problem...
I've heard about setting an api on bittrex but i don't know how to do...
Is somebody can help?

im not sure to understand

if you want to see the volume for scbtc on bittrex, then you can go on bittrex and check it on the chart of scbtc
or you can use a trading software that get them from the exchange you want

For example, right now the volume of BTC SC is 1064.578
Yesterday at 22:41 (Japan time) was 748.214 etc etc
I want something that help me to know what is the volume exactly at a specific time.
Because actualy i do it manualy everyday and just like twice a day but i need something like every minut

So i want something that make me able to see the volume when i was not there
