There are already many accusations against Joshter, why hasnt he been tagged yet, we were going to do a deal for yac, ltc. He wanted me to send first, I reccomended using John K escrow, within two minutes he pms me a fake contract and said he contacted him, but he was offline, then withing minutes he cancels the deal..... dont do business with him typical scammer -

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.
Advertised sites are not endorsed by the Bitcoin Forum. They may be unsafe, untrustworthy, or illegal in your jurisdiction.

The escrow address for Joshster(the seller) and Saudibull(the buyer) transaction would be:

LNzD63MLKavcLQftDqGnnxq4gXevYoyAQy - Litecoin

Please state and agree to the conditions (It is 3500 YAC for 75 LTC.) beforehand.

If possible, GPG sign your agreement to prevent any discrepancies later on and please ship with tracking to prevent problems during delivery. GPG signing is not a requirement, and any verbal exchange in the form of private messages or posts on bitcointalk.org, or email is effective as a ‘statement of condition’.

The fine print:
This Contract is solely generated for the purpose of facilitating the transaction between the seller and the buyer, which refers to the pseudonyms used on bitcointalk.org.
The escrow holder, John, assumes and gives no liability or guarantees on the satisfaction of all parties involved, although he agrees to mediate and facilitate the deal to the fullest extent he is capable of.  On the event that any problems arises, he will release the escrow to whichever party that presents him with the most convincing proof and/or after an open discussion with others or theymos.
The verbal acceptance by both parties (or the failure to reject) and the sending of Bitcoins to the escrow address above constitutes the acceptance of the terms and conditions stated, and the activation of this Contract.

Please understand that I am assuming the risk of holding the escrowed Bitcoins, and I am using my own time to facilitate this transaction.
If possible, please tip me at 1NB1KFnFqnP3WSDZQrWV3pfmph5fWRyadz .

Thank you.

Okay, Joshster has been accused of scamming before, check this thread out: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=192971.0 and here is another one: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=196082.0

Again there are mixed reviews although, this does require attention from moderators, so that they can investigate further.

Edit: Found another thread with similar allegations: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=200433.0

If this is true that is very bad, but this would require moderators looking into the situation, this is out of the publics hands.
He/she has been reported many times, some may not be true of course.
But, the public can't check ip's, hopefully a member of staff can take a look at what ip address that account was registered at, it could be you. (people do stuff like this when there mad, I'm not saying it's you though).
Maybe, the account was registered at a separate ip and still could be joshster, but there are ways of finding out.

A scan would be better, because a text copy can be changed, but I think in this case it's enough evidence to have results. John will be so annoyed that this Joshter, finally, will receive the tag for which he (involuntarily) worked so hard. It seems that impersonating John is a capital offense that grants a quick tag from Theymos. Since Joshter and MartinReynolds are the same person (he confessed that here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=197430.msg2066486#msg2066486), I hope we will have two tags for the price of one.

Yes, I agree a scan of the message would be better, would provide more solid evidence.

It's only right that he has the tag on both accounts, otherwise he could just do the same on is other account.

The scammer Joshter got the contract from John is this occasion (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=200433.0). And if it's the same contract (except personal details) as the one used by this CouragedOne (he is claiming his account was hacked, but I saw no post from him in that sense and he is clearly in possession of the account: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=201265.0), that means the scammers Joshter/MartinReynolds/CouragedOne are the same person.

Nice eye Trading!

This is starting to look rather nasty for him, if he's lying about being hacked then he's in bigger trouble.

This is not business, it's personal: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=197457.0
Theymos justifies the tag of CouragedOne saying that he impersonated John: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=112650
It seems this scammer doesn't learn easily. 10 minutes after getting his account CouragedOne tagged, comes again as Joshter and tries to do the same. If they are the same person, I hope Theymos will publish the IPs and all the emails of Joshter/MartinReynolds/CouragedOne.

That would be nice, this is turning into not just a one off scam, but a chain of them.
He/she is a serial-scammer!
On a serious note, by publishing the ip address would be good, but I think he would just use a VPN service if he/she is determined.
