I've read many other complaints about customer service related to withdrawals and deposits. From a week ago I expect to receive a deposit in ETH made through smartcontact and they do nothing, totally ignoring all my calls to resolve this situation. Neither on the support page nor in the telegram they answer me even though they are online in their telegram. I'm still looking for a solution to get these funds and I do not know what to do. I'm waiting to receive them. Good luck to all. Happy New Year!

The exchange is good I have used. Who are you and what are you responsible for on this exchange ? As a token developer, I will probably be more reliable to write to technical support. How can you guarantee that I can trust you ?

As I write here 2 posts before, from 23 december until now I dont received yet in my btc-alpha account the ETH deposited, but they sended me 2 emails in last 2 weeks telling me their support work hard to help me. Is unusual to much. I await and I will send here a post when this will happen. Good luck.

As I wrote above, today I came back saying that after three weeks finally the guys at btc-alpha support have solved my ETH smartcontract deposit problem. An incredible amount of time that can not be argued for anything that takes up to a few hours. Good luck.
