More then 9 days gone since i submitted my ticket on etc deposit issue but till now i didn't received any etc even i have provided them tx details of all transactions.

bad support
worse service

You are not the only one since you are still lucky waiting for 9 days some do wait already for 45-55 days which is really insane considering that poloniex is a reputable site. I dont know why their support system do really suck on this time. If they did already fix loading issues then they should still maintain their support system because people will surely lost its interest on using it when it faces slow response on their service.

Very normally, most trader in early 2017 know support Team of Poliniex very bad. They always reply slowly or never reply if you not try create more ticket or curse them. So, today I only trade on Bittrex because they have a Team support very fast and friendly, not as Poloniex Smiley

A lot of issues has been thrown at Poloniex currently and it is because of their technical support which is poorly addressed. The trollbox was taken down because they said they will focus more on the issues but it is still the same. And is even getting worse, I hope they fix it. I would suggest OP for you to send more tickets so they will read your concern.

Many have warned
see their official twitter, filled with customer complaints.

some time ago, I also wrote & told what I was going through
i wrote it in this sub-forum
i have written that poloniex service is bad, because my support ticket has not been responded in a very long time.

im confused with their service, Chat rooms have been removed, why are their services getting worse?
deposit in the market takes a long time? 

it's really crazy

They closed the trollbox to redirect the Mod to responding each ticket support, but I feel the handler of their support ticket still the same even slightly worse, nearly 4 months sending a ticket support asking about verifying my account to level 2 to increase my limit withdrawal but they do not process it.
