Armory failed to spawn the DB!

Forgive me if this has already been covered.  I tried to query for the error that I am getting - with no luck.

I have Armory .96

When I start it I get:

"Armory failed to spawn the DB!
Continuing operations in offline mode instead.
Refer to the dbLog.txt for more information."

I searched my entire hard drive for dbLog.txt and it does not exist.  I am lost as to how to proceed.  Any ideas or help please?

On OS X dbLog.txt is located in ~/Library/Application Support/Armory . Maybe the file has not been created yet!?

I'd suggest to rebuild and rescan DB (Help menu) but it can take some time.

That must be it.  I have never built the database yet.  Thanks for your input.
