First, thank you for this phenomenal software.

Some questions:

Is there a telegram channel? (Sending email to your support email is not secure.)

Is there a plan to link up to Etherdelta?  It would dramatically increase coin offerings.

Could you list XMR, SIA, SHIFT, IOTA or is it possible for me to just add these coins myself like tokens on EtherDelta?

I downloaded the GUI and deposited some coins.  There is a button that says, "Get New Address".  If I get a new address will that jeopardize the currently deposited coins?

How can I stake my coins? Are there fees?

The market fees are set to 0.2% per trade pair.

-- This seems a bit high given that binance only charges 0.05% if you pay your fees in BNB.
-- That said Binance "withdraw" fees are much higher than other exchanges.

Anyone know why the fees are at this level?

I've got a BTC deposit with over 300 confirms and it hasn't showed up. I've double checked the address and everything's in order.

I'd love for the mistake to be on my end but it seems like crypto-bridge just failed to credit the BTC to my acc

However, check my activity log from crypto-bridge.. only one of the deposits has been issued to my account. This is a pretty annoying thing to have happen, since I did not send to a wrong receiving address, however that also means it could happen to one of you, hopefully it is a one-off and it can be resolved, but if it's an issue rooted in the crypto-bridge code I think it's best to have it out in the open.

The staking fee is only 0.18 BCO. It's a one time fee, and was recently reduced from 12 BCO (it's related to the BTS fee to create a vesting balance). To stake, simply go to the stake tab using the wallet (there are instructions online).

The market fees are set to 0.2% per trade pair, but the market maker gets their 0.2% refunded PLUS a quarter of the other 0.2% (ie they get paid 0.05% to trade). The remaining fee, 0.15%, is divided up amongst the stakers.

There is a huge backlog of support tickets that they have to go through. Each one, they have solved with a positive outcome. Once they get to yours, I can guarantee you that you'll receive the Bitcoin that you deposited.

I don't think using copy & paste work (they've blocked it somehow) you have to use the copy button - there should probably be a note to inform you of this, it's the same when you copy and address

But if i haven't any bts in my wallet ? I think could be nice if the shared profits from staking was payed in bts so the person could use the dex without pay any fee.

I'll be interested to hear what the daily volume is now on the exchange and the number of sign ups CryptoBridge is now getting daily?

Bts already had a decentralized exchange, so why there was a need to create another dex based on same bts model, i know it is doing good but looks same as the bts dex.

If you spent any time at all reading on their website, their blogs and looking at their roadmap you would understand the differentiating points. DEX uses the BTS blockchain and starts with launching using the open source UI while they complete their deliverables and items on the roadmap,
