We can't buy altcoin now, wait and see until the price recover and volume get stable. Be patience and using stop loss for safety trade/ investment is important. XMR is potential coin today because their price doesn't fall too deep like the others. But I suggest not to buy any coins before 1 August, because there's speculation about btc we need to be careful. For me also is the best time to buy as price dump and for sure it will recover soon. Collect, buy and hold for sure we can make a good profit for the coins we invest.

I personally would only invest if the coins go down considerably then buy as low as I can. Yesterday I picked up a few STRATIS when they were at 0.001 so that wasn't a bad buy but I won't invest a lot now and I will be cautious and wait for the last week of July to see what will happen next with Bitcoin. Thats true, when price drops grab the opportunity to buy. When it will pump lucky profit is there, so I also took the chance to buy some altcoin. Even bitcoin when drops buy now and hold.

Yes it is a best option to buy what is on the down part of the market and not to wait for them to recover first because this is an golden opportunity for investors or position traders who needs a bargain on the altcoins to buy. You can buy at least the top 10 altcoins in the market and just keep holding them until it reaches at least 50% gains.

yes it is good to buy alt coins now, especially that alt coins now has a smaller amount or a smalelr value than before now if you have a money buy it, because as of now the alt coin is already pumping slowly so hurry up . and save it and wait for it until it reaches a high value in the market then sell it.

I think we can wait for a while, the dropping  will continue .Some big events will happen in August,just wait the situation to be clear.
