Because NON-tiering the traffic sounds illogical to me. You can't pay $4 per 1K for Philippine traffic and US traffic for instance.

Yes, it's profitable. And I am selling because I am very lazy...

And "how much anyone can generate", I can say my own but can't say about others cz I have adsense and  some other good adnetworks such as mellowads, cointraffic, coinzilla etc... I generate 20~25$ on average where publishers generate 8~12$...

I think if any good developer take this site and do proper advertising, he will be able to recover 500$ within 1.5~2 months...
