My account is  locked and the admins are not responding to requests to reset. This has been going on for a week.  I am moving my miners away from this site. They seem to be doing what wemineltc did and will probably pull the plug on their sites and steal your coin.  Warning to all.

that happend to me as well as on pool.mn , it seems that somone has access to a large number of sprnova accounts but not the pins so when they try an withdraw coins they lock the account

search your email you used to register for suprnova and then you should find an unlock link so you can unlock it then make sure to change the password.

Thats what I did, sprnova really needs 2FA

I have reset my pw but the account remains locked and their system does not send a reset link to the registered email address. Something fishy is going on with the site. Why don't the admins respond?

Not if the site owner is trying to do a wemineltc kind of escape. Stop payouts and lock accounts. Don't respond to messages. This all of a sudden shut down site and steal everyone's coins.

Yeh, because that's what's happening. 

Did you email them? Did you message them on twitter?  I emailed them two days ago and they responded within 5 minutes.  But I guess spreading FUD is easier.

Yes and you must be an expert on scams. All I am saying is that I have messaged them for days, no response. Same thing has happened on other pools. When the owner stops responding and accounts get locked out, bad things happen.  Why don't to talk to the guys who had thousands of LTC on wemineltc and see what they have to say about a pool that stops responding to miners requests.
