Can't agree more rofl. With good explanation on the ANN thread, good project, good bounty management and always up to date about your project can make you rich only from ico. Especially if you can show a "new" thing project and extraordinary, i'm sure the ico will success af.

Long term potential could be there. But when it first hits the exchanges it will be trading below ico value.
Just look at what happened to SONM. Why not wait for it to bleed in the exchange for a little?

I can not join the Tezos's ICO and I am very sad about that. But I believe I will buy maybe a little bit cheaper at the market. I mean below ICO value. I don't think this coin is going to look like ethereum but I believe this coin has big future expectations and good profit potential for long term investment.

Let's say ethereum was starting from below 15 million dollars and the tezos already raised over 220 million dollars. Ether gives the real smartcontract. and tezos is nothing to do.

I think Tezos is over $ 250 million, but the TON of the telegram will probably replace it, of course if it's sold through a public sale.

Yeah, it was tezos, around a whopping 260 million.

Just think about the insanity of it all, a company that hasn't really started yet pitching a product that hasn't even really been made yet gets 260 million dollars.
On top of that, what on earth are they doing with that money now?
You would think that they would get somewhere but, of course, no, tezos hasn't really gone anywhere at all.

There's also EOS, which we can guess has probably made more.
But there ICO is pretty different lasting over a year.

Imagine these companies were normal companies and we, as coin holders were shareholders in that company.
The CEO or CFO reports to us that the company has raised 260 million and will work on quarterly profit for us.
And then month after month NOTHING happens.
In normal circumstances, the ceo or cfo would be FIRED.

But I am pretty confident the absolute wild west days of the ICO are over and we will never see numbers like that again thank god.

Thank you for the information. It seems a few $million at maximum would be required to achieve all that. Excellent devs and servers for testing does not cost $1.7 billion.

I think Tezos and filecoin are still the largest ICO till date because they raised highest amount so far but the telegram pre-sale that was reportedly said it raised $1.7B is still not clear.
