I received an email today that my bittrex is logged in somewhere kn a different device so I had to disable it. Is this just my case? If it is, there may be something wrong with my browser that gets my login information because it happened first on my polo account and now , with another exchange. I'm getting worried. Luckily I don't store much on these exchanges , and only deposit if I am a tively trading.

It's happen to several people this past weeks, including me. I don't use the same password everywhere and I don't use weak passwords. So definetely something is wrong in their system. Better safe than sorry, you should change your password and add your IP in the "IP Whitelist". Doing it only connections from your IP will be able to place orders or withdraw funds from this address

Always enable 2FA and use longer phrases and always include symbols and numbers in them. There are also password managers available for free online if you are lazy to make back ups of your passwords.

Somehow your username/e-mail and password got compromised. Do you use the same username and password on different sites (crypto related)? If you do maybe there might have been a database leak on one of those sites and now those who got hold of it are randomly trying to login on different exchanges/crypto related sites. Best to change all your password if you wish to avoid future troubles.

Might be some phishing emails too. Make sure you double check which site it redirects you to. They might take you to a similar looking name and site, ask you to login and make their job easier.  Always double check and stay safe.

As for emails, mostly I use separate depending if I'm signing up on an important site or not. As for passwords, I don't use the same password at all. That is why mostly I am concerned why I am getting emails like this because I maybe potential risked all my data on other sites which I have my money on.

May be your pc/device has been compromised like mine was few weeks ago. I could see successful logins to many of my accounts and all of them were with different passwords. I set up 2FA for all and since then I get unsuccessful login mails. It's mainly as the emails of this forum were leaked and since then I'm using different emails as well.
