This is quite possible. but i bought AICoin today. A very interesting project from Europe .
The Country of origin   is Switzerland . You can see it on the website or tokenmarket.net.
A very interesting whitepaper . I read it and slept two days .
Then I decided to invest . I think with these developers it is a good project . Can be a great success

I don't like ico that much, mostly because before they raised the money, the dev usually active and after they got the money, lack of communication etc. It's better to invest when they already start to work and keep the communication going. It's not even rare to see the price cheaper after the ico nowdays.

Sir its a big no. It cannot surely guaranteed your success. I have try it already last year sir. There is much big chance of price dump when the ICO ends. Clearly, it depends on which Ico are you joined in. You can notice it by yourself. If they are more concern on your time frame then go but if not don't  hesitate to quit.

Low cap market ICO is the best .  I bought some ETH and some MIOTA early on and now I look for other small caps. Some interesting ones coming I can see.
