I agree as scam icos is almost everywhere but it is not really hard to tell if one ico is a scam. All you have to do is to look up their team's profile and their whitepaper.

I think still exist some Ico's with serious project and team members, it worth to make research for ico, I invest to ico personally and I have good profit from them. But of course first u need to make a lot of search about that Ico.
