Are these retail boxes/real disks (according to the microsoft website which shows official vs counterfeit)/burnt disks?
Are these upgrade keys, or keys for full install? Is this 100% what I would get if I walked into a store and bought a packaged version of windows 7?

they're MSDN/technet keys. They are not intended to be used in production enviroments, and these get banned regularly. although the seller has offered a "lifetime guarantee", there's nothing stopping him from running away after you bought them.

You can reactivate blocked MSDN keys, though, no?

If you're gonna use dodgy license keys you may as well be just pirating it. Enjoy paying for copies that get banned in a couple of months.

Is that an affirmative? Also, since these are through your own MSDN account, they shouldn't have a risk of being banned, because they're not being distributed elsewhere, right?

These are TechNet and MSDN keys. I will give you my phone number, email, and first/last name once you have purchased the product - so you can find me if one of the keys so happen to get banned.
They are not pirated keys, and they work just as well as normal keys. If you need a CD, I send genuine Microsoft ones. Not burnt CD's.
