The fee should be set to maximise profit for the DEVs.  i.e.  too high and you lose too many people, too low and you aren't making optimal profit.  This is a business and no reason to think it's a philanthropic one. I can't believe the greed of those complaining about a 2% fee!  It's like 10 cents in every $5 of revenue.  I can only assume they have been indoctrinated by the Liberal MSM so they think socialism works economically.

Like I said... GDDR5X cards have crap support and dont yeld any exceptional Sols.



Make better support for 1080/1080Ti, give us more sols, and I am sure more ppl will use DTSM and will even be "ok" with the fee.....

I wonder how long any of us would work for no pay? Developers want to get paid for thier work the same as we expect to be compensated when we work. Costs and Fees are just a normal part of commerce.

DSTM keep developing and supporting the program and my little miners will happily send you your pay.

Is there something I need to enable on miningrigrentals side? I already created a worker for equihash and added a pool for when it's not rented (it's currently marked as unavailable because I wanted to test that it works)

I also tried to get my own port in miningrigrentals GUI (says I can do taht if my miner doesn't support method.reconnect), and when connecting to that I get:

EDIT: Seems it was just a matter of waiting 10 minutes after adding the pool or rig or my own port (I don't know which triggered it) ... it now works.

Hes talking about the frequency chart in MSI Afterburner that is on nVidia cards.  Typically its used for trying to maximize the OC on a card.
What he is talking about is using it to limit the voltage on the card so its not jumping up/down constantly to get a steady clock essentially.  Actually not a bad idea and I might consider "tweaking" my setup to do that actually.

Was using EWBF averaging 2600 Sol/s with 9 cards.  Switched over to dstm miner today, now averaging 2800 Sol/s.   

** Update ** average is now 2900 Sol/s @ 3.37 Sol/W

Initially I received vcruntime140.dll error, downloaded and installed visual studio 2015 resolving the issue.

I've got (9) 1060 evga 3gb/6gb mix.  Switching to this miner theoretically added almost another 1060 to my rig.  

little boring to look at but I can live with it given the increase in Sol/s.

I have 3 1080ti and a 1k PSU(rosewill) If I set the power limit to anything above 200w when either ewbf or dstm miner start up the system crashes. 1000w should be plenty for 3 of those cards but it seems that the sudden surge in ask for power from all 3 psu right at the same time is to much for that PSU.

@dstm is there anyway to add a staggered start parameter? Or do you have any other ideas?

Hi, maybe you can think of adding command button in cmd to "reload" config? Some has is working, if i change server in my bat i dont want to close and reopen miner but just "reload" config while running.


Guys, what fo you prefer, big pools with stable luck but smaller share  part or smaller pools where your impacto on hashrate is bigger?

If you're certain the PSU is up to the challenge, try redoing the cabling. Sometimes rerouting the power can fix the power droops. If you have extra cables you can use for risers try using a dedicated line instead of running 2 on a line. It's rare, but sometimes even the PCIe cables can't provide enough power esp when they have 2 8-pin.

No problems here with 3x1080ti on 850PSU. Check OC, lower TDP to ~70

what would be cool is if DEV for EWBF picked back up see how many stay here .. sorry i have issues with ass holes who are greedy...If i Understand it right dstm was gonna raise the fee sigh .... .... i guess 13 k a day wasn't enough they need more ...So that said and to make others think they won which they didn't I'm not using DSTM any more and going back to EWBF ...... I don't feel like I'm being fucked using EWBF or Using CM for that matter ... GL  DSTM i hope your Greed does you in .....
