Bitcoin value prediction end of July

IMHO the price could dip as low as $1600 due to weak hands but most of us probably won't be able to buy at the low as I'm sure there will be many buy orders getting triggered on the way down.

In any case it will be a good thing to shake out some of the weaker hands for the long-term.

It's a good time to buy Bitcoin . When the price of Bitcoin fall down 1700 USD (in my opinion it so will), it will be a good time to invest. I will definitely use this moment.

Its no hard to predict the direction of price due to current happenings and because the panic started early so I am seeing a further drop in price but not to the extent of $1200 if that should happen, then recovery becomes more difficult. Currently, the reason why price is till holding forth is because of the ones that have made the resolution to hold still and I hope they including myself can still hold in the face of the various temptation that would even be greater in the coming days.

Well I expect bitcoin to probably go down to around 1500$ USD, but I am totally fine with that since it is what is called pre segwit anticipation. After segwit I would totally expect bitcoin to climb back up and stablise itself

It's definitely possible that we will see bitcoin back at a 1200$ mark. We already dropped down to $2000 so it's certainly possible. But maybe it's for the better that the weak hands get flushed out before we all hop on the big ride. I'm in for the long run and I'm not even thinking about selling anytime soon.

I think that within this last week or two weeks of July, it will be normal that we will be goingto experience the sudden bitcoin price drop that is really unstable and alarming but after the Segwit fork, hoping that bitcoin's price value will come back to normal or the much awaited scenario is the price will pump.

Yes, exactly, there s really no fucking reason for the price to get dumped besides speculator spreading FUD so they could make you sell your coins, lose money and they can pick them up cheap.

Yes... That is the point. What is behind the big dump are the interests of big holders speculators just waiting the right time to buy more Bitcoins, pump it again and make a lot of profit.

The problem is that the news say the HardFork has low chances to happen, but it's a real possible event, while the speculators spread more fear and who doesn't understand the technical side of Bitcoin very well don't know what to do exactly, so they have fear and want to start selling all their coins.

I don't know what to think friend. Last week on bitcoin discussion I wrote that bitcoin will not go lower than 2000$ and during the day we saw price even lower, and all that changes happen during the day. What we should expect tomorrow with such temp of fall?! 1500$? I'm confused. But in any case I'm going to hold my coins, because of I believe that's just a moment and holders will be in plus sooner or later.

I guess if the price continues to crash, i think we will seeing bitcoin price at 1500 or maybe in 1000 i think this due the fact that BIP 148 will activate in August even bitcoin.org and the forum admin posted this. Although segwit2x will activate segwit first than bip 148 but we can't rely on them segwit2x may fail.

I agree with a few others here.

I believe it'll keep dropping until after August 1st. If the fork is successful, then the price will probably sky rocket again as demand will increase and worries will fade. Just a lot of scared people at the moment selling into fiat before the fork.

As the price has gone below $2000 can expect the same to continue for a longer time period at least till the end of July. Once after this the outcome will be purely based on the splitting of chains. The outcome gives a big increase or else a low to three digit value.

Most of the market doesn't understand the fundamentals of bitcoin ( sad but true) so they just sell and stop taking a risk because it's easier. Plus if the price is already down they fear losing more.

I think the bottom will be 1800-1900 then we'll see a huge pump after August first.

That's true, I think it will continue of dropping the price of btc now. It is now $2000 btc. It is going down hard and I am confused with the price right now. I am expecting that by september it will go back into $2300 per btc. So maybe I will save some of my bitcoin in my wallet and wait that it will increase again.
