You can rent server time online and mine these coins there is a thread out there explaining how. The issue is it is now not cost effective.

I have received a payment EVERY time I have asked for it.
I see no op issues here.
I will NEVER ask for any kind of funds up front in a buy/sale of anything on bitcointalk.
