How will you achieve this, i think buyer has to give personal info's.
Thank you! Buyer has an option to decide what information he is willing to share for the service/product he wants. No mandatory requirement to have it "on account". If buyer wants item to be shipped, seller needs to know address. This address is kept between buyer and seller and not stored anywhere. If buyer is ok with pick up or electronic delivery or buying service vs product, he can remain completely anonymous.

What if I buy something, send bitcoin(for example) to seller and never receive item? How will you protect me?
Every transaction is risk scored. Risk score calculated from variety of factors, including reputation, trading volume, responsiveness to questions, type of goods sold /etc. Depending on the risk score a number of options to protect transaction would be available (no protection, moderation with escrow with SGG fee, dual-side security deposits of SGG tokens - similar to double deposit concept on BitBay, but only with SGG tokens independently from which crypto/fiat transaction is handled).
