There is no fixed price. The price of LUX token will be determined during the sale depending on demand. 100m LUX tokens will be distributed pro rata amongst all contributors, based on the total ETH contributed. For example: If total 2,000 ETH is collected during presale period then, 100m/2,000 = 50,000 LUX tokens per ETH will be accrued.
