Warning to everyone regarding polinex

I  sent over 10 eth to polinex on july 1, deposit still pending and over 1000 confirmations and sent over 10 message to support and no reply from polo, user keep reporting missing and pending deposits for weeks now. polinex is a shady company beware of this thieves.

Could you post the TXID of the transaction you made?
I'm seeing and reading also some complaints about polo these days on this forum and I don't know if they are solved already but its 10 eth and that's not just 5 USD. And this thread is not in its proper section, you can move this to services discussions section.
EDIT: Even on their twitter account doesn't have any updates regarding this issues encountered by their users, it seems suspicious now.

Didn't they announce it on their notice board that ETH transactions are off for now? You should have read that first, withdrawing and adding ETH to polo is closed at the moment.

Now I can confirm my suspicion that all isn't well with Poloniex. I made them a report over a week now and no response. It's kind of frustrating if customers can't get the services for which they were lured by a company to patronize their services in the first place.

Again, since yesterday I haven't been able to trade on Polo from my Tabtrader. I really dont know if the fault is from Poloniex or Tabtrader. Who else has this issue I have?

They may have addresses disabled (a lot of people will keep sending to addresses that were removed because they don't pay attention). Not sure if that's the case here, though.

Polo definitely does have its issues though. Can't even get an account verified with them anymore and people have been waiting over a year.

Poloniex actually posted some information about eth deposit problem on their platform and they later posted another one saying that the deposit and withdrawal is now working.

I am also a victim of this deposit issue but it involves ETC; the most painful part of this drama is that poloniex customer support does not respond or reply to open tickets.

Poloniex needs to work more or their support before they receive bad reputations.

as far as i know, the ethereum network has got a problem in transaction confirmation itself but i don't know its already fixed or not because i am not following the news again. i heard this news from my friend which is sending ethereum to poloniex. but i think its not just for ethereum only because the other coins like STR is getting trouble to in poloniex. my friend was trying to sending his STR to polo in 3 weeks ago but until now its not arrived in his wallet, he try to contact poloniex support staff but until now, its not been answered. i hope this problem is soon get answer so we are not to be worried from anything.

a couple weeks ago i heard same report that the ethereum network itself has a problem in transaction,
and some of big company (shapeshift.io if i am not wrong,made a statement back then too because some people opened a thread about they're scamming him).
But their problem solved a week ago or so,doesn't that mean problem on ethereum network has been solved ?
plus,why you opened this thread in the services board ?
i don't see you're offering a services or buying service too ??

usually these exchanges that encounter some problems or have plans on running away, pull shenanigans like this. no support is one of the signs.
of course i hope it doesn't happen because it is the biggest altcoin exchange out there but there is absolutely nothing stopping them from running away.

This is what scares me out of centralized services that tells you, you have these but actually they have it they just labeled it by your name. Been hearing poloniex but have not tried it will following this news will really help. thank you.

of course i hope it doesn't happen because it is the biggest altcoin exchange out there but there is absolutely nothing stopping them from running away.

I have been using Poloniex more than 2 years now and so far I haven't encountered withdrawal or transfers yet.

You mean withdrawals or transfer errors right? If you look at altcoin discussions you will see lots of complaints in regards polo. I think there is really something happening.

My ticket was sent in weeks ago regarding the lack of being verified on their site. It's been ignored.

That's really my only qualm with them at the moment... it shouldn't take months/years to get a quick verification done, and if it's not going to be done in over a month, at least respond to a ticket regarding it.

Many people are not following the message from the Admin, they kept on complaining about the Poloniex. Daily there are many kept on shouting for the mistakes they made and saying that Polo is cheating people for Deposits and Withdrawal.
